Terms and Conditions
i) I understand that the Gauge 3 Society is a registered company with liability limited by guarantee and that my name will be entered in the Register of Members available for inspection in accordance of the provisions of Section 116 Companies Act 2006. Further in accordance with the Articles of Association of The Gauge 3 Society, I acknowledge that I am required to provide a guarantee in the sum of One Pound Sterling, which I may be called upon to pay in the event the company shall be wound up and unable to meet its liabilities to creditors, during the period of my membership and within one year of my ceasing to be a member.
ii) I consent to receiving promotional offers relevant to Gauge 3 model railway products.
iii) I understand my free membership will run for a period of 12 months with the subscription renewal due on the anniversary of my joining date. I will be responsible for the payment of the subscription renewal fee if I wish to continue to enjoy membership of the Gauge 3 Society. I will receive a renewal reminder.
iv) G3 Society members, and those whose membership has lapsed less than 12 months previously, are not eligible for the free membership offer.
